Terms of Service

By accessing or using Summit AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Summit AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the documents you submit for review. A certificate reflects an assessment of the evidence you provide against the published Standard at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of future performance, a valuation, or any financing, investment, or sale outcome, and it does not constitute investment advice.

A credentialed reviewer assesses your evidence and signs each certificate. Summit AI may revoke a certificate if submitted information is found to be materially inaccurate.

The base certificate and gap register are free. Paid plans cover certificate maintenance, buyer layers, and advisory, as described on our Pricing page. Any transaction fee, where one applies, is separate and disclosed before you engage in a specific process.

Your base certificate is buyer-agnostic and remains private unless you choose to share it. Buyer layers are opt-in and activated per named institution. Summit AI discloses an eligibility view to a specific buyer only after you consent to that layer.

You agree not to submit falsified evidence, misrepresent your business, scrape the platform, or use Summit AI for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Summit AI provides the marketplace "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction between users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
