Terms of Service

By accessing or using Summit AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Summit AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Summit AI verifies certain financial information where indicated, but verification is not a guarantee of future performance and does not constitute investment advice.

Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before completing any acquisition.

Browsing and buying are free for buyers. Sellers pay a success fee only upon a completed sale, as described on our Pricing page. All fees are disclosed before a transaction is finalized.

Transactions are completed through our escrow and payment partners. Funds are released according to the agreed escrow terms once the asset transfer is confirmed by both parties.

You agree not to misrepresent listings, circumvent escrow, engage in fraud, scrape the platform, or use Summit AI for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Summit AI provides the marketplace "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction between users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
