Getting certified means sharing sensitive documents. Here is exactly how they are handled, who reviews them, and what we have and have not yet built.
Reviewed by a person
Software organizes evidence, but a credentialed advisor reviews it and signs every certificate. The grade is a human judgment against published criteria, not an automated output.
You control disclosure
Your base certificate is yours. Buyer layers are opt-in, one per named institution, and a buyer sees an eligibility view only after you activate that layer.
Traceable evidence
Every signal behind a certificate traces back to a source document a reviewer checked. Claims we cannot evidence do not go on the certificate.
Access on a need-to-know basis
Access to your enclave is limited to the reviewers assessing your business and is logged. We do not sell your data or use it to train models for third parties.
No guaranteed outcomes
A certificate states readiness and names open gaps. It is not a promise of a loan, an investment, a sale, or a valuation, and we are explicit about that everywhere.

Frequently asked questions
What does the grade on a certificate mean?+
It reflects how ready the evidence shows your business to be, assessed by a credentialed reviewer against the criteria published on the Standard page. It is not a guarantee of future performance or of any transaction outcome.
Is my business listed anywhere?+
No. Summit AI has no public marketplace. Your certificate is private and buyer-agnostic, and any disclosure to a specific buyer happens only when you activate a buyer layer for them.
How are my documents used?+
They are used by credentialed reviewers to assess your business against the Standard, inside an access-controlled enclave. We do not sell your data or share it without your consent.
What compliance certifications do you hold today?+
We are early, and we would rather be accurate than impressive. The roadmap on this page reflects what is in place, in progress, and planned. We will only claim a certification once it is genuinely held.
